How we handle negative feedback
If something went wrong, we want to know. Call (416) 240-0593 with the date and address of the job and we will look into the dispatch record and invoice. We respond to reviews on Google, and we never ask anyone to change or remove a review as a condition of resolving a complaint.
Leaving a review
If we have worked for you, an honest review helps other people choose a locksmith. The most useful reviews say what the problem was, whether the arrival time matched what you were told, whether the price matched the quote, and how the technician communicated. You can leave a review on our Google Business Profile.
