A request does not reserve an appointment. We’ll confirm availability, timing and pricing with you before a visit is arranged.

Arranging your service visit

We confirm the address, the door or lock involved, current availability and the price range with you. Your visit is arranged after you agree to the details. For a lockout, call (416) 240-0593 to speak with the dispatcher about urgent help.

For planned work such as rekeying after a move, replacing a deadbolt, or upgrading a commercial door, an email is a useful way to share details or attach photos. Tell us how many doors are involved and whether the building is a house, a condo or a commercial unit. Condo work may need approval from the property manager, and our guide to condo lock changes explains when.
